HOW IT WORKS
1. Place the anchor rod and drive steel in the anchor and vibrate the anchor to the correct depth.
2. Remove the drive steel.
3. Position the anchor by pulling back the anchor rod.
4. Bring the anchor to the desired pre-tension.

SHEET PILE ANCHORING
Earth- and/or seawall constructions, bulkheads, retaining walls and lake walls can be constructed with vinyl, composite, steel, concrete, wood and aluminium sheet piles. The sheet-pile wall design will calculate the necessity to anchor the sheet pile wall. There are various ground anchor systems available to anchor sheet piling, including the JLD Earth Anchor.
BASEMENT ANCHORING
In buildings where the basement is located in groundwater, it could be possible that the self-weight of the building is not sufficient to counteract the buoyant capacity of the water.
The JLD folding anchor is ideally suited to compensate for this lack of weight by using them in the basement floor.
MARINE ANCHORING
(Underwater) anchoring of docks, pontoons, (navigation) buoys, berths and pipelines. The JLD folding ground anchor is the environmentally friendly replacement for concrete blocks. Many folding ground anchors have been installed worldwide to protect coral and marine life from ships’ anchors.
