What is the High Water Shot-PRO made of?
HighWaterSchot-PRO consists of aluminum end posts into which flood boards, also made of aluminum, are placed horizontally. HighWaterSchot-PRO can form single, double or multiple barriers that can be further connected to create long flood protection walls.
Elements
Removable elements
1. Flood boards
The length of the planks is adjusted individually depending on the project and the pressure the system has to bear.
2. Seal
Flood boards and uprights have renewable seals made of EPDM. In addition, the first plank to be laid has a ground seal: this is a large rectangular seal made in soft/hard technology. The seals are specially designed to protect soil leakage when the ground is uneven.
3. Center columns
Center columns consist of two connected elements: the fixed anchoring plate and the guide element equipped with seals.
4. Clamping screw
The screw is made of steel and
polymer material and is
used to compress the seals in the
locking beams together to
achieve the ultimate waterproofing of the
system.
Fixed elements
5. Anchor plate
Anchor plates are made of steel and have slots with internal threads to mount the center posts. The anchor plates are installed in the foundation.
6. Uprights
Aluminum profiles into which the flood boards are inserted horizontally. The uprights are fitted with seals made of EPDM.
