When a basement is located in groundwater, the building's own weight may be insufficient to counteract the buoyancy of the water. The JLD-Flap Anchor is ideally suited to compensate for this lack of weight by incorporating them into the basement floor. In the construction of a large stable with basement in Lunteren, the JLD-Flap Anchor has been successfully applied.
