The Freedom Museum located in Groesbeek is a historical educational museum. The museum is close to Germany and in the middle of the area of two of the most important operations on the Western Front during WW2: Market Garden and Veritable. The main focus is World War II, in conjunction with 20th century history as well as current events. The museum bears a strong resemblance to an enormous parachute.
The cables of the parachute are anchored in the ground by means of anchors.
