𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗕𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗘 𝗛𝗢𝗙 𝗢𝗣 𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗞𝗘𝗡, a collaboration of 𝗝𝗟𝗗 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 and 𝗱𝗲 𝗩𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 & 𝘃𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝗲𝗹, has begun dike reinforcement work on Marken: this week the first sand was applied in the test sections. Combinatie Hof op Marken will use this dike reinforcement to protect the island of Marken from flooding for the next fifty years. This project is commissioned by 𝗥𝗶𝗷𝗸𝘀𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗮𝘁 and Combinatie Hof op Marken is very proud to be able to accomplish this.
