FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced)

What is an FRP threaded end?

FRP wire end (REBAR) is a bazalt fiber reinforced wire end with high tensile strength. Due to the continuous coarse threaded profiles, this wire end can be cut to length and integrated by means of coupling sockets, plants and nuts in various designs -within your project. The product has a high end load and offers maximum adhesion to (almost) all joint materials due to its design.

Available lengths

The threaded ends are available in various lengths and can be supplied to desired project lengths.

Characteristics FRP

  • Sustainable
  • Strong (double strength than normal steel)
  • Light weight
  • Long lifespan
  • Corrosion-resistant
  • Cutable

Strong and flexible

The FRP wire end has high strength. Thanks to its high tensile strength, the wire end has high and immediate tensile capacity when applied with fast-curing resin capsules. In addition, the improved flexibility of long tension cables is well suited for application without coupling in tight locations.

Quarter of weight & durable

FRP wire is a quarter of the weight of normal steel, which makes it easy to handle. In addition to this big difference in weight, it is a very durable product that does not rust off. The rods have high corrosion resistance even under acidic conditions and with their long life, are well suited for permanent applications.
